Returns Policy

We at ANTONY YORCK STUDIO BERLIN want satisfied customers and with our return policy we offer a transparent complaint service.

A legal warranty period of 24 months applies.
After 6 months, the customer is obliged to prove that the defect was present from the start through no fault of his own. This is called reversal of the burden of proof.

You have ordered from us and there is a problem with the item?

1. Please inform us immediately by sending us an email to: studio@antonyyorck.com
2. Please write the word complaint and the #Order number in the subject line.
3. Tell us the name of the item and describe the problem.
4. Please send us meaningful photos that show the problem.
5. We accept the complaint and send you a confirmation of the complaint.
6. We evaluate your problem report and the photos.
7. You will receive a response within a week.
8. We offer various solutions for complaints, e.g. return, exchange, price reduction.
9. Please note the legal requirements.

Avoid returns – ¡live your attitude!

You as a customer are important to us. You receive the items you have ordered and we want you to be happy when you try them on in front of the mirror. Therefore we offer you a meaningful product description and for many articles up to 9 different sizes. Please read the detailed description of the article carefully and be sure to use our size chart and size chart, which can be found with each article. Since the size specifications are very different nowadays, we ask you to measure before ordering.

The little extra effort for you is a great enrichment for everyone later, if the article you ordered fits you very well and you avoid an additional environmentally harmful return. Our articles are designed by Antony Yorck, printed, sewn, packed and sent by hand for you. Many resources – human as well as natural – have been used for this. We all have a responsibility to appreciate that!

Extended right of return exclusively from us

We offer our customers an extended right of return of 30 days from receipt of the goods. This gives you enough time to take a close look at the item and, if necessary, to return it to us at your own expense. Please note that the Antony Yorck Online Shop does not accept any freight collect or cash on delivery items for returns by post and does not cover the costs of shipping or returns.

Please put the unworn and unused item back in the original packaging, tidy and free of defects, and send it back in full. We will refund the purchase price as soon as we have received the item and checked it for defects. As a precaution, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that according to § 312 Para. 2 No. 3 BGB, sealed hygiene products are excluded from the right of withdrawal if they have been unsealed by the consumer. A return is not possible in the case of the following defects:

1. Hygiene items have already been removed from the protective packaging
2. The item has been used, worn or has stains.
3. Improper use.
4. Damage.
5. Worn clothes.
6. Washed clothes.
7. Pollution.

Unfortunately, a refund of the purchase price is not possible if the item shows the defects listed above. In this case, we will send the defective goods back to you on request at your expense by cash on delivery.

In any case, the statutory withdrawal period will be adhered to.
